Paula Integrated Care is an independent domiciliary care services organisation which supports vulnerable adults and elderly suffering from Dementia, eating disorder, learning difficulties and autistic disorder. Our policy is to meet individual needs with just the right amount of assistance or independence for each service user and to provide just the right amount of solitude or communal activity. We aim to prevent adults from becoming excluded from mainstream society and to reintegrate them by researching best practice and based on this, developing person-centred care plans.
Our culture and approach are that we regard each client as a whole personality and aim to meet that client’s unique needs at each specific point in their lives. Itis our intention, to do this through a process of assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of care and support to meet each the adults physical, social, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs. We believe that to offer an outstanding service, the needs of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do.
Our service users are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised Care and support Plans in which the involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and much valued.
